You can do this by contacting us through our form, via WhatsApp, or by phone.
How far in advance should I make reservations?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we can often accommodate last minute requests as well, depending on availability.
Is it possible to change or cancel a reservation?
Yes. Changes can be made up to 12 hours before the service without penalty. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, there are no charges. Beyond that threshold, penalties may apply
What kind of vehicles do you use?
We have premium sedans, luxury SUVs, minivans and, upon request, special event vehicles. All vehicles are new, sanitized, stylish and equipped with every comfort.
Do your drivers speak English?
Absolutely. Many of them are also fluent in French and Spanish. Upon request, we can assign native-speaking drivers or interpreters.
